This webinar will walk you through the process of conducting a research project within your service. This could be working on a QIP goal, developing knowledge in a particular area, or responding to feedback from stakeholders.

Webinar registration details will be emailed to the email address used in the order within the week before the scheduled webinar date. If you cannot attend at the scheduled time then the webinar recording will be emailed to you within 2 hours of the webinar completion.
Once completed the webinar will then be added to the recorded webinars section of the shop. If purchasing as a recorded webinar the links and handout will be made available for download within the store and included in your confirmation email.
